A couple of days ago I received notice from Expressions Gallery in Berkeley, CA, that the opening reception for their "Spring Forward" show was a whopping success, so I am now able to reveal the full image about which I wrote a teaser a few blog entries ago. I am extremely pleased that my art quilt, "Dancing Iris" was accepted into this show that spotlights a wide range of art.

ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by to take a look, Linda, and thanks, too, for your kind remark. The work was a UFO that I started over 10 years ago, ran into what I considered a "snag" at the time, but after years passed I returned to it with a new eye and it became a pure delight to work on.
