Polymer Clay Stamps Demonstration at SAQA Regional Meeting
I was honored to be asked by the So. Nevada/So. California Regional Representatives of Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA) to present a demonstration at the May 18th regional meeting on my method of making polymer clay stamps for use on fabric. Included here is a preview of only a few of the many stamps I have been developing and that will be for sale at the meeting, along with a "how-to" booklet and start-up packet. Polyform Products, the parent company of Sculpey Clay, has generously donated several pounds of clay for this upcoming demonstration event and for a demonstration that I will be doing at the International Quilt Festival in Long Beach, CA, on August 3, 2013.
Hope to see many of you at the SAQA regional meeting and at the International Quilt Festival in August.

Love this stamps, Linda! What size is the Circles #1 stamp? Could you put the Circles #1 aside for me? I would like to buy it.
ReplyDeleteSee you on Saturday!
Hi Mia. As always, it was great seeing you yesterday and I can't wait to see how you are going to use the stamp in your fantastic work.
DeleteHi Linda, love your idea and creativity. I would be interested in buying the "how to" booklet and start up packet since I can't make it to the show. Would that be possible? Thanks, Virginia.

Hi Virginia. I just saw your note :-) Sure, you can buy a booklet and start-up packet directly from me. I'd need to send it to you in a Priority box, at an additional cost of $5.00, and that would be a $10 cost to you. If you still want this, you can shoot me off a check or cash for $10 or, if you have a PayPal account, I could create an invoice for you and you can pay directly. As soon as you would choose to submit payment, I'll mail off the booklet and start up packet. Since "hawker9999" doesn't tell me who you are and where you are located (address, etc.) I cannot include my mailing address yet. Hope you understand. Let me know if you are still interested in purchasing the items. It's too bad that you were unable to attend the SAQA meeting yesterday. A great time was had by all.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you,

Wonderful! I love your creativity Linda - your talent is so varied. The quilts are wonderful but stamping is something I've also always found fascinating.
